Betty Louise (Hiles) Waldron

Betty Louise Hiles Waldron, of Blanchester, died Wednesday, November 22, 2017 at her home.  She was born April 24, 1938 in Cincinnati, the daughter of the late Elmer and Helen Keethler Hiles.  Betty had served as Greencastle President and District Director of the National Federation of Business and Professional Women, County Chairman of the Putnam County Republicans, Precinct committeeman for Madison Twp, President of the Putnam County Republican Women's Club, and District 7 Director of the NFRW.  She was President of the Putnam County Art League, Treasurer of the P.C. Council for the Arts, President of the P.C. Board of Realtors, and a member of the Parish Council.   Betty held licensures as both an insurance and real estate agent.  She is survived by daughters, Cathleen Waldron Genato and her husband Francisco, Cheryl Waldron Musgrave and her husband Robert, Laura Waldron Stephenson and her husband David, and Patricia Waldron; sisters Jean Dunn, Alice Packer, and Donna Adams; grandchildren, Christina Matthews, Paul Musgrave, Margaret Musgrave, Jason Alexander, Jimmy Alexander, Joe Alexander, John Alexander, and Sean Waldron; and great grandchildren, Jaike Matthews, Megan Matthews, Caiden Matthews, Shianna Alexander, Shannon Alexander, Zach Atkinson, Ricky Atkinson, Samantha Alexander, Savannah Alexander, Brittany Pyles, Justin Pyles, Desmond Pyles, Abigail Alexander, Emily Alexander, and Maddie Alexander.  In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by son Richard; and grandson Craig Matthews.  She was married 61 years to John Waldron.  Graveside funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, November 25, 2017 in the Mt. Orab Cemetery in Mt.
