Arnold Edward "Duke" Weaver

    Arnold Edward “Duke” Weaver Jr. of New Vienna, Ohio, formerly of Portsmouth, Ohio, passed peacefully on October 25, 2019 at the age of 78. He was born in Portsmouth, Ohio on June 9, 1941, the son of the late Arnold Sr. and Dorothy (Scaggs) Weaver. Duke is survived by his son, Scott Edward Weaver and grandson Cole Weaver, both of Marysville, Ohio. Two sisters, Vicki (Rick) Delph of Wheelersburg, Ohio and Kathi (Tom) Stone of New Vienna, Ohio. Two nieces, Missey (Ryan) Flaugher of Powell, Ohio, and Keri Ann (Chad) Thompson of New Albany, Ohio; nephews, Rick (Shino) McGraw of New Jersey and Nashua McGraw of Greenfield, Ohio; great nieces and nephews and his dearest friend, Clara Ferguson. He worked most of his life as a welder, restoring classic cars. Later in life he worked for East Clinton Local Schools. He enjoyed attending car shows and sitting on his porch waving and talking with the people of New Vienna. Most of all, he enjoyed time with family.
