Richard J. "Richie" Otto

Richard J. “Richie” Otto, age 47, of Wilmington, died Monday, August 27, 2018 at Clinton Memorial Hospital.  He was born March 1, 1971 in Lima, Ohio the son of Shellie Tipton.  He loved music and football, but most of all, he loved spending time with his family and friends.  He is survived by his fiancée Jenny Cline, children, Levi, Eli, and Logan Otto; step daughter Madison Welsh; sister Paula Garcia; and aunt Robin Brothers.  Graveside funeral services will be held 10:00 a.m. Friday, August 31, 2018 at Sugar Grove Cemetery.  Brown Funeral Home, Wilmington is assisting the family.
