Amanda Dawn Foster, age 36, of Wilmington, passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, November 17, 2021 at her home due to a medical condition. She was born June 26, 1985 in Wilmington, the daughter of Matthew Allen and Melissa Kay (Daugherty) Pariseau. Amanda was a member of Dove Church in Wilmington. She had worked at the Clinton County Homeless Shelter and was an advocate for victims of domestic violence. Amanda had been a long-time employee of Gold Star Chili in Wilmington, and was currently employed by R and L Carriers, working in the billing department. Amanda loved all kind of music, and could find a way to dance to any music. Above all, Amanda loved her family. She is survived by her husband Jordan Foster; five children, Brayden Cioca, Ioan Cioca, Gavin Foster, Noah Foster, and Liam Foster; parents, Matthew and Melissa Pariseau of Wilmington; sister Jessica (Jason) Crabtree of Wilmington; brother Matthew A. “Lumpy” Pariseau, Jr. of Wilmington; very close aunt April (Rob) Daugherty of Wilmington; nieces Janessa and Jenna Crabtree; nephew Justin Crabtree; mother-in-law Beth and her husband Alex Lambros of Cincinnati; father-in-law Graham and his wife Kathy Foster of Cincinnati; along with several aunts, uncles, and cousins. Amanda is preceded in death by maternal grandparents, David and Mary (Waldren) Daugherty; paternal grandparents, Dennis and Donna (Freed) Pariseau; uncles Charles Daugherty and Ernest Pariseau; and cousin Michelle Pariseau. Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, November 24, 2021 at Dove Church, Wilmington. Burial will follow in the Sugar Grove Cemetery, Wilmington. Visitation will be held Tuesday, November 23, 2021 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Dove Church. Brown Funeral Home, Wilmington, is assisting the family.
