Ana Jean Achtermann, age 6 months, passed away peacefully at Cincinnati Children’s Medical Center in her mommy’s arms, following a hard-fought battle against a congenital heart defect, and other complications. Ana was born May 28, 2021, in Cincinnati. She is survived by her parents, Keith Alan and Britny Kathryn (Freeman) Achtermann; sister Ava Carolyn Achtermann; grandparents, Tom and Lora Roberts of Martinsville, Dale and Debbie Achtermann of New Vienna, Joseph Freeman and Donna Livingston of Fayetteville, and Ronda Kreusch of Wilmington; great grandparents, Betty Achtermann of Wilmington, and Ronald Flinkfelt and Janice Stewart of Cumming, Georgia; aunts and uncles, Brent (Kat Cioca) Achtermann of Wilmington, Greg (Kristina) Achtermann of Leesburg, Jade Freeman of San Antonio, Texas, Jasmine Freeman of Bangor, Maine, Trevor (Veronica Barrett) Livingston of Fayetteville, and Austin Livingston of Broomfield, Colorado; and cousins, Gregary, Elaina, and Abby Achtermann, Gavin Long, Zayden Jackson, and Rowan and Brixton Livingston. Ana is preceded in death by great grandparents, Jack and Sadie Ewry, Clarence "Sam" Achtermann, Carolyn White, Bill Hess, and Nancy Watson.
