April Dawn Daugherty

April Dawn Daugherty, age 51, passed away Monday, March 24, 2025 at Mount Carmel Hospital in Columbus. She was born April 3, 1973 in Wilmington, the daughter of the late David and Mary Anna (Waldren) Daugherty and had graduated from Wilmington High School. April had worked independently in the home care field and was a bright light to many people. Known by everyone as "Aunt Bee", April enjoyed the Ohio State Buckeyes and loved her family very much. Above all, she will miss the light of her life, her son, Trevor. Those left to cherish her memory are her son, Trevor Leeray Wilder; sister, Melissa (Matt) Pariseau; nephew, Matthew Pariseau, Jr.; niece, Jessica (Jason) Crabtree; great nieces and nephews, Brayden, Ioan, Gavin, Noah, Liam, Janessa, Justin and Jenna; special friend, Dave Brown; dear friends of 34 years, Tina (Roger) Owens and special nieces and nephews, Bobby, Macaela, Brittany and Chaz; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. In addition to her parents, April is preceded in death by her brother, Charlie Daugherty; and her nieces, Amanda Pariseau and Michelle Pariseau. Funeral services will be held 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 1, 2025 at Brown Funeral Home, Wilmington. Visitation will begin at 5:00 p.m. until time of service at 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
