Ashley Elizabeth Roberts

Ashley Elizabeth Roberts, 38, of Hillsboro, Ohio, passed away Thursday, October 9, 2025, at Ohio's Hospice of Butler & Warren Counties with loving family by her side. Ashley was born November 8, 1986, to Jennifer and Kevin Hazelbaker. She graduated from East Clinton High School in 2005 and from Miami University in 2011 with a degree in Political Science.

Ashley enjoyed spending time reading, watching movies, taking rides in the country and always hitting a good bakery or donut shop. She loved the Fall season with hayrides and bonfires. Most of all, she loved spending time with her girls.

Ashley is survived by her loving husband, Jacob Roberts and their daughters Abigail Cora (Abby) and Evelyn Rose (Evie); parents Jennifer (Edwards) Hazelbaker of Wilmington and Kevin Hazelbaker of Lynchburg; brother Logan (Jayma) Hazelbaker and nephew and niece Landon and Maggie Hazelbaker of West Chester; mother-in-law and father-in-law Linda and Daryl Roberts of New Vienna and sister-in-law Reva (James) Allen of Lynchburg.

She is also survived by her grandparents Sandy Hazelbaker of Mason and Rita and Wayne Davidson of Wilmington. She is preceded in death by her grandfather Gary Hazelbaker and Grandmother Cheryl (Cook) Ray.

Also surviving are aunts Becky (Bruce) Lindamood of Waynesville, Vicki (Jerry) Renner of Wilmington, Amber (Mike) Redman of Wilmington, Joy (Doug) Robinett of Wilmington, and uncle Jay (Carrie) Ray of Santa Clarita, CA as well as special cousins Craig (Tina) Davidson of Wilmington and Jan (Philip) Soares of Wilmington and many other cousins and extended family members.

Funeral services will be held at Brown Funeral Home, 237 West Main St. Wilmington, Ohio 45177 on Wednesday October 15, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. with burial immediately following at the New Vienna IOOF Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 11:00 a.m. until services begin at 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
