Brenda Kay Quesenberry Parlier, age 71 of Sabina, formerly of Charleston West Virginia, entered the Kingdom peacefully Tuesday, May 19, 2020 from the home of her daughter in Sabina. She was born October 14, 1948 in Charleston, West Virginia the daughter of the late William Thedford and Lewellyn Francia (Vance) Quesenberry. Brenda is survived by three children, Lucinda Kay (Michael) Morgan of Cincinnati, Melinda Kay Parlier Hayslip of Sabina, and William Thedford Parlier of Wet Virginia; three sisters, Francis Darlene Quesenberry Edwards, Deborah Gail Quesenberry Burdette, and Belinda Lynn Quesenberry Bryant, all of West Virginia; 11 grandchildren, Sean Patrick Sigman, Thomas Lee Priddy, Steven Cody Neil, Jesse Michael Sigman, Megan Leann Neil Ross, Josie Lyn Coburn, Justin Boggs, Christopher Michael Medford, Michael Morgan Jr., and Cody Morgan; and seven great grandchildren, Brennan Wayne Priddy, Isabella Grace Frampton, Olivia Gwynn Priddy, Saxton Cyrus Neil, Oak Baylor Sigman, Audree Mae Ross, Jacob Dorian Priddy, and Sutton Cylus Neil. In addition to her parents, Brenda is preceded in death by one grandson, Jacob Dillon Neil. Brenda was a fun loving, God fearing woman. She loved and believed in her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and sisters. She will be deeply missed. Memorial services will be announced at Brown Funeral Home, Wilmington.
