Carol Sue Mohr

Carol Sue Mohr (Devine), age 79, of Wilmington, passed away November 13, 2024, at her home with family by her side. She was born July 22, 1945, the daughter of the late Raymond and Dorothy Pauline Devine. Carol is survived by her husband, Daniel Mohr; three sons, Brian Lee, Aaron Daniel (Elizabeth), Bradley Carvin (Britanni); her daughter, Jessica (Jason); grandchildren, Lael, Asher and Bona; and her sister, Janice Moore. She was a 1963 graduate of Arsenal Technical High School and had served as Secretary for the American Heart Association and in the Indiana State Chamber of Commerce. She was also a member and president of PTA’s and Lutheran Church Councils. Carol most loved doing things with and for her kids and grandkids. She liked antiques, mission trips and making meals for the homeless. Carol was most happy at her rural Wilmington home when family would often visit. A memorial service will be held 11:00 a.m. March 15, 2025, at Faith Lutheran Church, 421 E. Vine St., Wilmington, Ohio 45177. Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m. until time of service at 11:00. After services the church will provide a light lunch, all friends are invited.  Following all services and lunch at the church, all are welcome to the Mohr home for the rest of the day to celebrate the happy life of Carol and her family, with evening food and campfire at dark.
