Carolyn Sue (Mountain) Dornbusch

Carolyn Sue (Mountain) Dornbusch, age 67, of Lynchburg, passed away June 5, 2025, in Highland County, Ohio.  She was born February 21, 1958, in Dayton, Ohio the daughter of the late John C. and Virginia (Martin) Mountain, Sr.  Carolyn was a 1976 graduate of Patterson Co-Op High School in Dayton.  After graduating from high school, Carolyn worked for Gold Circle in Dayton for 12 years.  She then began a lifelong dedicated career in logistics, having worked for Emery in Dayton for 17 years, ABX/DHL in Wilmington of 3 years, Smyth Automotive in Milford for 12 years, and most currently working for Total Quality Logistics (TQL) in Cincinnati, Ohio.  Carolyn was a longtime resident of Dayton, having lived there for 36 years, then in Greenville for 10, and most recently a resident of Lynchburg for the last 20 years.   Carolyn is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Andrew and Brandilyn Coffey of New Vienna; granddaughter Ava Coffey of Union City Indiana; grandsons Jayden and Lane Coffey of New Vienna; brother John (Karen) Mountain, Jr. and nephew Kevin Mountain all of Missouri; and numerous longtime friends and co-workers that she had over her lifetime.  In addition to her parents, Carolyn is preceded in death by a nephew Kyle Mountain.  All services will be held privately at the convenience of the family.  Brown Funeral Home, Wilmington is assisting the family.  To leave an on-line condolence, please visit www.arehart-brown.com, or see our Facebook page, Brown Funeral Home.
