Catherine Mae (Stone) Achor Siders

Catherine Mae (Stone) Achor Siders, age 60, of Blanchester, passed away peacefully after a lengthy battle with cancer, Thursday, April 4, 2024, at her home with many family members and friends by her side.  She was born October 31, 1963, in Wilmington, Ohio the daughter of the late James and Marilyn (Irwin) Stone.  Cathy loved going to Red Lobster, and spending time at the casino.  She loved a good cup of coffee, and having her cats, and dog Jake nearby.  Cathy had a heart of gold and would do anything for anybody.  Most of all, Cathy dearly loved her family and spending time with them, she especially loved fishing with her grandchildren.  Cathy is survived by her husband Robert Siders; father of her children Brian Achor, Sr.; three children, Brian Achor, Jr. of Iowa, Clinton (Stacie) Achor of Blanchester, and Tiffany (Chris) Lindsey of Wilmington; three foster children, Jordan Long, Jaxon Combs, and Moses Combs; grandchildren, Kayla, Kelly, Zach, Jerry, Hannah, Jada, Christopher, and Hope; an adopted-like daughter Beth Christian who helped Cathy in every way she could; sister Patty Wooten and Mike; brother Estel (Jeannie) Stone; several nieces and nephews; special friends Debra, JB, and Oliver Bryant; and many more friends.  In addition to her parents, Cathy is preceded in death by brothers, Keith Stone and Robert “Andy” Keplinger; several aunts, uncles, nephews, grandparents, and friends.  Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 10, 2024, at Brown Funeral Home, Wilmington.  Burial will follow in the Martinsville I.O.O.F.
