Charlene passed peacefully at the age of 80 at Hillsboro Post Acute, in Hillsboro, Ohio. 

She spent most of her years doing data entry. She spent many years doing ceramics as well as running a ceramic studio with her mother. She enjoyed doing crafts and rescuing animals. 

She is preceded in death by her parents: Louis and Eleanor Edgerton and sister Donna Hollon.

She is survived by her 2 children, Eric Carr of Hillsboro, and Nicole Richie of Waverly, 5 grandchildren,  6 great grandchildren and 1 niece Angela (Mark) Thompson. 

Arrangements are under the care of Brown Funeral Home, Wilmington. Charlene’s family asks in lieu of cards or flowers, donate to your local animal rescue in honor of her.
