Charlotte Grace Shafer

Charlotte Grace Shafer, stillborn daughter of Autumn MacKenzie Huston and Destry Laine Shafer was delivered Thursday, December 5, 2019 at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton.  Heaven gained a little Angel that her family will dearly miss.  In addition to her parents, Charlotte is survived by her sister Seraphina Shafer; maternal grandparents, Melissa (David F.) Chesney of Wilmington and Charles Huston of Wilmington; paternal grandparents, Toni Shafer of Martinsville and Jason (Amy) Duncan of Clarksville; great grandparents, Kerry and Joyce Thackston of Wilmington, Deborah Worthington of Xenia, David A. and Sheila Chesney of Wilmington, Raymond Baker of Wilmington, and Bill and Betty Duncan of Clarksville; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.  Charlotte is Preceded in death by great grandparents, Robert “Pete” Huston, Steve Worthington, and Charlotte Grace Baker.  Mass of Christian Burial will be held 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, December 11, 2019 at St. Columbkille Catholic Church, Wilmington.  Father Michael Holloran will be the celebrant.  Burial will follow in Sugar Grove Cemetery.  For more information, or to sign our on-line register, please visit www.arehart-brown.com, or see our Facebook page, Brown Funeral Home.
