Darin Lee Greene, Sr.

Darin Lee Greene, Sr., age 51, of Wilmington, passed away Saturday, November 7, 2020 at Clinton Memorial Hospital after battling sickness for several years. He was born September 26, 1969 in Chandler, Arizona the son of Arthur Edwin and Virginia Bell (Ross) Greene.  Darin was very friendly and loved by everyone for that reason.  He was a prankster, and always tried to make everyone laugh.  He will be missed by many.  He loved the outdoors, being near a campfire, camping and fishing.  Darin is survived by four children, Lisa (Kyle) Siau of Martinsville, Darin Greene, Jr., of Wilmington, Veronica Greene of Sabina, and Kehly Greene of Sabina; three grandchildren, Thomas, Colt, and Jase Saiu; four siblings, Dale, Roy, Penny, and Raymey; several aunts and uncles; and numerous cousins.  Darin is preceded by two brothers, Jackie Greene and Jason Greene.  Funeral services will be 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 11, 2020 at Brown Funeral Home, Wilmington.  Visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. until the time of service at 3:00 p.m. at the funeral home.  For more information, or to leave an on-line condolence, please visit www.arehart-brown.com, or see our Facebook page, Brown Funeral Home.
