David Wayne Harris, age 35, of Wilmington, passed away Monday, February 16, 2026, in Trotwood, Ohio. He was born February 28, 1990, in Cincinnati, Ohio the son of Jay Stapleton and Renae Harris. Daivid had worked in landscaping and excavation. He is survived by his mother and step-father Renae and Charles Kirby; father Jay Stapleton; daughter RyleighAnne; sisters Patricia Coldiron and Jodee Nagel; brother Ryan (Anna) Harris; nieces Arianna Koller, Brooklyn Koller, Peyton Harris, and Madelynn Nagel-Sanders; nephews Brennen Bryant, Waylon Harris, Jeremiah Harris, and Lane Harris; grandmothers Evelyn Nichols and Lou Honeycutt; and numerous cousins. All services and interment will be held privately at the convenience of the family. Brown Funeral Home, Wilmington, is assisting the family.
