David Ray Howard

David Ray Howard, age 68, of Wilmington, passed away unexpectedly Monday, May 26, 2025 at his home. He was born August 11, 1956 in Portsmouth, Ohio, the son of the late Mary Irene (Fitch) Howard and Harris Howard.

David is survived by his three children, Josh, Mandy and Krissy; a sister, Tereasa (Mark) Winters of Portsmouth; four brothers, Eddie (Jean) Howard and Mike (Debbie) Howard, both of New Vienna, and Tim (Barb) Howard and Gene (Paula) Howard, both of Leesburg; brothers-in-law, Clifford Jones of New Vienna and John Hottinger of Martinsville. He also leaves behind a long time and devoted friend, Cheryl Livingston of Wilmington.

In addition to his parents, David is a preceded in death by a son, D.J. Howard; four sisters, Janice Jones, Sue Howard, Darlene Hottinger and Loretta Williams; and two brothers, Chuck Howard and Luke Howard.
