Deborah "Debbie" Ann Nichols (Nunn), age 80, of Wilmington, passed away peacefully Wednesday, July 15, 2026, at Hospice of Hamilton, surrounded by her loving family. She was born September 25, 1945, in Sabina, Ohio, the beloved daughter of the late Robert and Susanna (Hiatt) Nunn. Debbie was a proud 1963 graduate of Sabina High School and following graduation, she pursued her passion by attending cosmetology school in Columbus. Debbie shared a beautiful and devoted marriage of over 60 years with her loving husband, Robert "Bud" Nichols, to whom she married May 28, 1966. Her greatest joy was being with her family, sharing special moments together. She enjoyed doing yardwork and had a deep love for the beach, long scenic drives, and visiting New York City to watch musicals on Broadway. In addition to her parents, Debbie was preceded in death by her beloved brother, Bobby Neal Nunn. Her legacy of love and warmth lives on through her family. She is survived by her devoted husband, Robert "Bud" Nichols; her three daughters, Stephanie (Steve) Rieman of Mason, Erin (Dominic) Sansalone of Cincinnati, and Kellie (James Bewley) Nichols of Brooklyn, New York. She is also survived by her two cherished granddaughters, Megan (Nick) Stephens of Milford, and Vera Bewley of Brooklyn, New York.
