Deborah L. Smith, age 62, of Wilmington, passed away Friday, April 17, 2020 at Wilmington Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Wilmington. She was born August 15, 1957 in Wilmington. Deborah is survived by her husband, Joe Smith, to whom she married August 3, 1998 in Xenia; mother Patricia Blackburn Sholler; son Dan Brewer; grandchildren, Dylan, Danielle, Kylie, and Noah; great grandchildren, grandchildren, Zane and Amyah; and siblings, Cynthia (Jose) Ezuccura of Orlando, Florida, Sean (Gina) Flint of Wilmington, Vicki Caudill of Wilmington, Tina Lucas of Marion, Ohio, James Faulkner of Clarksville, and Mike Huddleston of Racine, Ohio. Deborah is preceded in death by her father Eugene Adkins, and sister Tara Pittman-Drake. Funeral services will be announced.
