Homer B. Howard Jr, age 82, of Sabina, passed away Saturday, February 8, 2025, at Adena Regional Medical Center in Chillicothe. He was born January 3, 1943 to Homer and Nellie Howard. Homer is survived by two sons, Homer B. (Diana) Howard III and Dustin Howard; daughter Connie Hatfield; Grandchildren; Brandon Mustard, Whitney (Chace) Altman, Tyler (Hannah) Howard, Maddie Howard, Great Grandchildren; Isabella, Addie, Shiloh and Levi, Brothers Dean (Clara), Roger (Joyce) Sisters Patricia and Bonnie (Scott) along with a host of family and friends. Homer is preceded in death by his wife, Cynthia A. (Chandler) Howard, son Justin R. Howard, granddaughter Janie Hatfield, brothers Robert and Harold, sister Robin. Homer was a proud, dedicated member of IBEW Union Local 82. When not working on a project Homer could found on the lake fishing or tending to his beautiful flowers. All services and burial in Silver Creek New Township Cemetery are being held privately at the convenience of the family.
