Irma A. Chambers

Irma A. Chambers, age 101, passed away October 21, 2024, at Ohio Living Cape May. Irma treasured her family and was a loving Mom, Grandma and Great Grandma. Her Beloved Husband, John Gilbert (Gil) Chambers, preceded her in death on December 4, 1998. They were married on April 21, 1944. She was born on December 2, 1922, in Marietta, OH.

Irma is survived by her children, Linda Mitchell of Ocala FL; John (Jean) Chambers of Wilmington OH; DeeDee (Gary) West of West Chester OH; Randy (Nora) Chambers of Sevierville, TN; grandchildren, Melissa (Phil) Vermillion, Andrea (Keith) Madigan, Matthew (Loren) Chambers, Heather Chambers and Ryan (Alexis) Chambers; great grandchildren, Hannah Vermillion, Pryce Chambers and Rowan Chambers.

She was preceded in death by her son in law, Jay Mitchell and sister, Selma Curliss.

Brown Funeral Home in Wilmington is serving the family. The family will be holding private graveside services.
