In Loving Memory of Jacqueline Marie Rogers (nee Horn)

With heavy hearts and profound sadness, we announce the sudden passing of our beloved Jacqui, who passed from this world early Sunday morning May 12, 2024, leaving behind an immeasurable void in the lives of all who knew and cherished her.

At just 41 years old, Jacqui touched the lives of many with her radiant spirit and unwavering love. She was a devoted mother, daughter and sister whose presence brought warmth and joy.

Born on February 8, 1983, in Cincinnati, Ohio, Jacqui grew up in Loveland, Ohio where she continued to reside.

She leaves behind her devastated daughters, Boston and Lila Rogers, her parents, Pat and Jack Horn whose hearts are shattered by the loss of their beloved daughter. Jacqui was a cherished sister to her two brothers, Paul Horn (Kelvin Mojica) and Sam Horn, who will forever carry her memory in their hearts. Jacqui is also mourned by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Jacqui’s greatest legacy lies in her two beautiful daughters, Boston and Lila. She was their guiding light, their rock, and their source of endless love and support. Though she may have left this world too soon, her love will continue to live on through them, guiding them through life's journey.

May she find eternal peace in the embrace of the angels, and may her memory be a blessing that comforts us in our time of grief.

A celebration of Jacqui’s life will be held at a later date.
