She is preceded in death by her father Jack Mitchell, mother, Margene Houseman, step-father Richard “Dick” Houseman, and step-mother Alberta Mitchell. A Celebration of Life for Jackie will be held 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. Sunday, April 2, 2023 at the Community Room in the Wilmington Municipal Building, 69 N. South Street, Wilmington, Ohio 45177.
