Jacquelynn M. (Herrick) Drapalik

Jacquelynn Marie Drapalik, age 86, of Wilmington, passed away peacefully Monday, August 30, 2021, at Ohio Living Cape May in Wilmington, Ohio. She was born August 15, 1935, in Chicago, Illinois, the daughter of the late Myron and Helen (Tomasiewicz) Herrick. Jacquelynn was an avid gardener; she loved reading and enjoyed playing bridge. Most of all, she loved her family and was especially fond of her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Jacquelynn is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Jeff and Beverly Drapalik of Wilmington, Ohio, and David and Marsha Drapalik of Denver, North Carolina; grandchildren: Joe (Lee Anne) Drapalik of Centerville, Ohio, Jonathan (Jess) Drapalik of Alexandria, Virginia, Meagan (Arthur III) Kinsey of El Segundo, California, Lauren Drapalik of Cleveland, Ohio, and Krista Drapalik of Troy, New York; greatgrandchildren: Aaron Drapalik, Jane Drapalik, Olivia Drapalik, Amelia Kinsey; and a great-granddaughter expected in December 2021. In addition to her parents, Jacquelynn is preceded in death by her husband, Glenn Charles Drapalik. Services will be held in the spring of 2022 in Chicago.
