Kyle Patrick "KP" Hensley

Kyle Patrick "KP" Hensley, age 45, of Clarksville passed away Monday, September 22, 2025 as the result of a vehicle accident near Clarksville. Kyle brought warmth, laughter, and light into the world from the very beginning, and he carried that through his entire life.

Kyle was a devoted son to Jimmie and Teresa Hensley, a caring brother to Christy Hensley, Ben Hensley, and John Hensley, and a proud father to his children: Jaden Salisbury, Kyla Hensley, Justin Garrison, Kaleb Hensley, and stepdaughter Vendela Hamilton. He was also a deeply loved grandfather to six grandchildren, and an uncle to many nieces and nephews who adored him.

Known by everyone as “KP,” Kyle had a smile that could light up any room. He had the purest soul and the most giving heart—always ready to lend a hand, or simply share a laugh. He would do anything for anybody, and countless people have stories of the ways he touched their lives with kindness and compassion.

Kyle had a love for working on cars and enjoyed getting into anything he could get his hands on. He had a curiosity for life and a knack for fixing, tinkering, and making things better. Beyond his skills, he found joy in caring for his parents, and spending time with friends.

His legacy is one of love & generosity. KP lived his life by making sure the people around him felt cared for. Those who knew him will remember his laughter, his smile, his strong but gentle spirit, and the way he made everyone feel like family.

Kyle will be deeply missed by his family and all who knew him, but the love he gave so freely will continue to live on in the hearts of those he touched. 

A Celebration of Life will be held 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. Saturday, October 25, 2025, at The LakeHouse Grill, (formerly Chief's Lake), 112 S. Clarksville Road, Clarksville, Ohio 45113.
