Leesergio Lavell House

Leesergio Lavell House, age 35, of Wilmington, passed away Saturday, October 16, 2021 at the Clinton Memorial Hospital.  He was born December 20, 1985 in Chicago, Illinois, the son of Ricky House and Debra Ray.  Lee was a happy, friendly guy who never met a stranger.  He was an avid football fan, especially a follower of his Chicago Bears; and enjoyed Marvel movies.  He had formerly worked at Roberts World Equestrian Center, was maintenance supervisor with Wal-Mart, and had also worked at Ahresty.  Lee is survived by his long-time partner of 10 years, Brittany Stone; three children, Zaiden, Maddox, and Quinley; mother Debra Ray; several siblings, including Christopher Ray, Nionsa Ray, Anaiyah Bishop, and William Hall, all of Chicago; nieces Nekea and Kierra; and many friends.  Lee is preceded in death by his father, Ricky House; and great aunt Betty Bishop, who raised him and he called “Mom”.  Funeral services will be held 3:00 p.m. Saturday, October 23, 2021 at Brown Funeral Home, Wilmington.  Visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. until the time of service at 3:00 p.m. at the funeral home.  Interment will be held privately at the convenience of the family.  For more information, or to leave an on-line condolence, please visit www.arehart-brown.com, or see our Facebook page, Brown Funeral Home.
