Linda RayLee (Valentine) Hartley

Linda RayLee Hartley (Valentine), age 72, of Wilmington, passed away September 9, 2024, at Clinton Memorial Hospital in Wilmington. She was born November 14, 1951, in Wilmington, Ohio, the daughter of the late Raymond and Evelyn Valentine. Linda had attended Wilmington High School in the class of 1970 and had enjoyed playing softball. She had a fondness for lighthouses, country music and dancing. Linda loved her family very much and she will be missed by them dearly. She is survived by her siblings, Richard (Cindy) Valentine of Delta, Ohio, Samuel (Debbie) Valentine of Sabina, Ohio, James (Vicky) Valentine of Blanchester, Ohio, Mary (Guy) House of Troy, Ohio, and Pamela (Steven) Schaefer of Lancaster, Ohio; numerous nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Linda is preceded in death by her husband Phillip; daughter, Kimberly; and her siblings, Ronald, Charles, William, Robert, Judith, Joyce and Carolyn. Funeral services will be held 6:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 17, 2024, at Brown Funeral Home, Wilmington. Visitation will be held Tuesday, from 4:00 p.m. until the time of service at 6:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Brown Funeral Home, Wilmington, is assisting the family.
