Marlene Peek

Marlene Peek born October 1, 1951, at age 69 passed away on Tuesday, August 17th in her home due to covid.  Marlene was a single mom worked hard to give her daughter a good life.  At Marlene’s last job she was referred to as “The HIPAA Goddess”.  She was great at her job and well respected by her peers.  She made that her career most of her life.   Her hobbies were posting on Facebook and watching her favorite tv shows and favorite movies, The Notebook was one of her favorites.  She loved listening to music by Barbara Streisand, Carlos Santana, Doobie Brothers, Garth Brooks.  She was also known to crack a few jokes or two as well and she loved Las Vegas! Her favorite slot machine was catch the heat. She is survived by her brother Scott, sister-in-law Donna, and daughter Angela.  She will be deeply missed by her family and friends.
