Nellie Smith, age 80, of the Melvin Community, passed away peacefully Saturday, February 4, 2023, at her home with family by her side. She was born December 25, 1942, in Scioto County, Ohio the daughter of the late Raymond and Linna (Monroe) Ross. Graveside funeral services will be held privately at the convenience of the family in Clinton Memory Gardens, Wilmington. Brown Funeral Home, Wilmington, is assisting the family.
