Ronald Wayne "Ronnie" Baker

Ronald Wayne "Ronnie" Baker, age 44, of Blanchester, passed away at his home on Monday, May 1, 2023. Ronnie was born October 28, 1978 in Wilmington, Ohio the son of Freddie W. and Jean Leslie (Christian) Baker. He was a huge football fan that rooted for the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Michigan Wolverines. Ronnie enjoyed many things in life including listening to music, attending yard sales, collecting all sorts of things and loved all types of animals. He was a very friendly person who loved people, especially his family. Ronnie is survived by his mother Jean Leslie Baker of Blanchester; brother, Randy Baker of Portsmouth; sister Emily (Amber Wical) Baker of Cincinnati; maternal grandmother, Shannon Christian of Blanchester; two nieces and one nephew. He was preceded in death by his father, Freddie W. Baker; maternal grandfather, Ronald Christian; and his paternal grandparents, Dailey and Mary Ellen Baker. Services will be held privately at the convenience of the family. Brown Funeral Home, Wilmington, is assisting the family.
