On Thursday, December 9, 2021, Rusty Allen Stansbery passed away at his home.
Rusty was born on May 24, 1971 in Wilmington, OH to Sharon Jones and the late David Keith Stansbery. Rusty received his journeymans in plumbing and maintenance in 2005, and was known for his ability to be able to create anything out of nothing. He was the father of Dylan and Bradley Stansbery and Haylie Copas.
Rusty had a heart of gold and was wonderful with children. He had a passion for music, and was known for being able to recognize when a band would "make it big". He also had a passion for art, especially body art, and could make any tattoo idea come to life. He expressed himself the best through drawing.
Rusty was survived by his mother, Sharon Jones, two sisters; Monique (Jason) Bellamy and Suzette (Chris) Duron-Ackley, his son Bradley (Theresa) Stansbery, his daughter Haylie Copas, niece Alexis (Bryan) Wilmont, nephew Garret Stansbery and grandchildren Talon, Raelyn and Abigail Stansbery. Among other nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Rusty was preceded in death by his father, David Keith Stansbery, his son Dylan Matthew Stansbery, and his brother Michael David Stansbery.
Brown Funeral Home is assisting the family with services.
