Shane Maverick Anderson

Shane Maverick Anderson, age 44, of Middletown, passed away Saturday, September 7, 2024, in Middletown, Ohio. He was born May 3, 1980, in Wilmington, Ohio the son of Albert and Melody Kay (Dawson) Neanover, Sr. He was a talented artist that thought he was a comedian. Shane was a Wheeler-dealer type that was a very giving and kind human being. He enjoyed fishing, the San Francisco 49ers, and loved his family very much. He is survived by his mother, Melody Kay Robbins of Middletown; children, Isabella and Dillon; siblings, Tammy (Aaron) Murphy of Middletown, George (Brooke) Back of Middletown, Albert (Rose) Neanover, Jr. of Sabina, Andy (Rhonda) Neanover of Wilmington, Amanda (Shawn) Vanscoy of Wilmington, Charity (Stephen) Neanover of Wilmington, and Robert Neanover of Sabina; lots of nieces and nephews including special nephew Jacob Adams and nieces Heavenly Waln and Sarah Hottinger; special cousins, Lori Dawson and Chris Dawson; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends; special aunts, Pam (Chris) Hunter and Tammy Wilson; special friend and second mom, Becky Ferguson-Groleau. Shane is proceeded in death by his father, Albert Neanover, Sr.; stepmother, Sarah Neanover; niece, Ashley Marie Neanover; special friend, Deanna Williams; grandparents, Richard and Shirley Dawson; and step grandmother Darlene Dawson. A "Celebration of Life" service will be held 7:00 p m., Monday September 23, 2024, at Brown Funeral Home, Wilmington. Becky Ferguson-Groleau will officiate. Visitation will be held Monday 6:00 p.m. until service begins at 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Brown Funeral Home, Wilmington, is assisting the family.
