Shane Herrmann Dean

 Shane Herrmann Dean, age 45, of Wilmington, passed away Sunday, March 10, 2019.  Shane was born February 9, 1974 in Grafton, Massachusetts, the son of Robert C. and Loraleen Herrmann Dean.  Shane was the owner of Deans Body Shop, he had enjoyed BMX, dirt biking, 4-wheeling, wakeboarding, bowling, and was an avid hunter.  Shane was a wonderful, loving husband, father, son and brother, but the pride and joy of his life were his children.  Shane is survived by his wife, Jamie Lynn (Speaight) Dean, to who he married September 6, 2003 in Wilmington; his children, Landon and Lynnea; mother Loraleen and her husband Philip George of Clarksville; sister Kimberly Dean of Hardtner, Kansas; nieces Adrianna Davison, Roslyn Davison, and Alana Edstrom, all of Hardtner, Kansas; three uncles, Shep and Shirley Herrmann of Burbank, Ohio, Rick and Bev Herrmann of Cleveland, Ohio, and Ray and Diane Dean of New Mexico; father and mother-in-law, Donald and Miriam Speaight of Wilmington; special friends Jimmy and Kim Green; and several cousins.  Shane is preceded in death by his father Robert C. Dean; brother Robert Dean; paternal grandparents, Otto and Loretta Herrmann; and paternal grandparents, Carl and Lenna Dean.  Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Friday, March 15, 2019 at Springfield Friends Church, 121 Todds’s Fork Road, Wilmington, Ohio 45177.  David L.
