Thomas W. Curtis

Thomas W. Curtis, age 90, of Xenia, passed away Friday, November 10, 2023.  He was born in Campton, Kentucky, the son of the late Jesse and Ailene Curtis.  In addition to his parents,  Tom is preceded in death by his wife Ruth; and two sons, Jim and Steve.  He enjoyed Gospel music and singing in his church.  Tom also loved tinkering with his old cars and playing guitar.  He was a strong and devoted Christian.  Tom leaves a void in the hearts of his surviving family; two sons, Michael (Tyhese) Curtis and Thomas (Katrina) Curtis; sisters, Gale (Kenny) Smith of Vincent, Ohio and Helen (Chell) Faulkner of Campton, Kentucky; and several grandchildren and great grandchildren.  Tom loved to invite his grandchildren over on Christmas Eve to enjoy his barbecue beef and homemade Buckeye Balls.  Funeral services will be held 10:00 a.m. Wednesday November 15, 2023, at Brown Funeral Home,  237 W. Main St. Wilmington, Ohio, 45177.  Burial will follow in Valley View Memorial Gardens, Xenia, Ohio.
