Timothy Joe Gray

Timothy Joe Gray, age 52, of Martinsville, passed away September 10, 2023, at Christ Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio. Tim was born January 28, 1971, in Wilmington, the son of the late Verner O. and Vivian M. (Mallott) Gray. He had worked hard as a landscaper and was an avid collector of everything. Tim enjoyed many things including the holidays (especially decorating), attending car shows, yard sales, and Rock the Block events in downtown Wilmington. Tim was a rockstar on the inside and a big teddy bear on the outside... he will be missed and was loved by many. Above all, he loved his family very much. Left to cherish his memory are his life partner, Marcia Miller; children, Christina and Christopher Miller; granddaughters, Gracie Fox, Natalie Miller and Lillie Wright; nephew, Jerry Pugh; nieces, Sheila Pugh, Anna Pugh, Amanda Hale and Leslie Stein; aunts, Harriett K. and Hope S; many great-nieces and nephews, cousins, and friends. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a sister, Grace Pugh and brother, Verner O.
