Timothy S. Henry passed away unexpectedly on February 19, 2022. He was born on December 6, 1957 to Donald and the late Theresa Henry of Xenia, Ohio. He is survived by his wonderful wife, Debra Henry (Wall) of forty three years; his children, Hillary (Andy) Battrell, Rebecca (Daniel) Lawson, Jill (Tony) Naylor, Tyler (Sheena) Henry and Jenna (Ryan Carter) Henry; grandchildren, Nicholas and Abbigayle Battrell, Shae and Caleb Lawson, Ava and Jett Naylor, Hudson and Evelyn Henry, along with numerous other family and friends. He is proceeded in death by his mother, Theresa Henry, father-in- law, Franklin Wall, and older brother, Michael Henry. Tim was a loving husband, a great father and the best papaw. He loved his family more than anything and had a great affinity for his pups Ivy, Jake, Luke and Lucy; all were his world. Tim wasn’t your ordinary man for sure; he was extraordinary. He was a diamond in the rough; a treasure trove of wisdom. He enjoyed wood working and carpentry, pig roasting and all-things trivia (a true Jeopardy Champion if you ask us). He was a lover of music (many genres), movies (particularly older westerns) and, of course, his Ohio State Buckeyes. He was an active member in his church (a true extension of his own family and his home away from home), serving as a cherished trustee and part of the worship team. He often marveled at nature’s beauty, snapping a quick shot of a beautiful sunrise, or the colors of the setting sun. He mostly marched to the beat of his own drum and that is how we preferred him. He had his quirks and loved to banter, but mostly he just had a HUGE heart; his shirt was your shirt, too. All services for Tim are being held privately at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, those inquiring on a way to show gratitude may make memorial contributions in Tim's honor to Brown Funeral Home, 237 W.
