Timothy E. Jackson

Timothy E. Jackson, age 71, of Blanchester, Ohio, passed away November 12, 2024, after a long, hard-fought battle against illness.  He was the beloved husband and soulmate of 49 years to Ruth Jackson (nee Bowers). Cherished father of Timothy Jackson, Jr. and Christa Jackson. Adored grandfather, “Poppy”, of Macey, Riley, Rorey and soon to be Lexey Mann. Brother of Jack (Lisa) Jackson and Rebecca (Tom) Wright. Son-in-law to Charlotte and the late Gerald Bowers. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and a host of longtime friends. He is preceded in death by his mother, Ocie L. Burns and brothers Philip and Dewayne Jackson. A disabled Army veteran of the Vietnam war, Tim loved fishing and spending time with his family. A gifted ASE certified auto technician and mentor to many for more than 30 years, he never encountered a vehicle he couldn't fix. A Celebration of Tim’s Life will be held Monday, December 2, 2024, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home, 237 W.
