Victoria Lynn Brown, passed away peacefully in her home on August 19, 2023.
Victoria was born August 15, 1971 to Cassandra Catherine Starkey and the late Charles Terry Michael Starkey. She was known for doing things her own way, even if others didn't agree.
She was loving, kind, and honest to a fault. She loved her grandkids and loved surprising them on their birthdays. She was passionate about her music, and loved dancing. She loved to write and expressed her feelings best through written words.
Victoria is survived by her mother, Cassandra Starkey; brother, Michael Starkey; sister, Patricia (PJ) Horton; her son, Nathan (Meggan) Wheeler; daughter, Theresa (Bradley) Stansbery; grandchildren, Camden Wheeler, Talon, Raelyn and Abigail Stansbery; aunt, Sue (Brad) Smith; uncles, Mark (Teri) Rohde, Martin (Jacquie) Rohde, and John Rohde; special friend John Edelblute and several nieces and nephews.
Victoria was preceded in death by her father, Charles Terry Michael Starkey; her grandparents, Victor & Marianna Rohde and Charles & Frances Starkey; aunt, Pat Rohde; and uncle, Jim Rohde.
A Celebration of Life gathering will be held 2:00 PM on Sunday, September 17, 2023 at the Pentzer Room, 105 E. East St. (Behind the BMV) in Washington Court House, Ohio.
