William H. Green

William H. Green, age 84, of Wilmington, passed away Monday, March 29, 2021 at Clinton Memorial Hospital.  He was born June 12, 1936 in Winchester, Ohio the son of the late James H. and Jessie M. (Wahl) Green.  Mr. Green was a Wilmington High School graduate, a lifelong famer in the area, and enjoyed Tractor Pulling and gardening.  He is survived by two children, Steven P. and his wife Mary Green of Wilmington, and Katherine and her husband Grant Richardson of Wilmington; step-children, Kevin and his wife Melinda Kelly of Wilmington, Kenny and his wife Lori Kelly of Waynesville, and Shawn Kelly of Charlotte, North Carolina; numerous granddaughters and grandsons; sister Dorothy Smith of Arizona; several nieces and nephews; and many friends.  In addition to his parents, Mr. Green is preceded by his wife Nancy Green; sisters, Mary Copsey and Carol Davis; and brothers Jimmy Green and Harold Green.  A Celebration of his life will be held at a later date.  The Brown Funeral Home is assisting the family.  To leave an on-line condolence, please visit www.arehart-brown.com, or see our Facebook page, Brown Funeral Home.
